Description
Col. Lee D. Cady and Maj. Charles M. Trammell, Jr. at the Villa les Aulnelles, a rest camp for enlisted men in France. The Villa was located in Begnecourt, near Mirecourt, where the 21st General Hospital was stationed. By the spring of 1945, Col. Cady was sending staggered groups of seven enlisted men every few days to keep the Villa filled and to give the enlisted men some well-deserved rest.
